Fresh meat is shipped refrigerated, between 0 and 5 °C, in thermal packaging. Dispatches take place from Tuesday to Thursday and only to mainland Portugal, to guarantee maximum freshness.

Store the ham and cured sausages in a cool, dry place. Once sliced, keep them in the fridge and consume within 2 to 3 days, taking them out of the cold about 1 hour before serving. Alheira must always be kept refrigerated.

Perishable products cannot be returned. Other products can be returned within 14 days, provided they are sealed and in perfect condition. In case of damage or defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery
