Description

Thin slices of Presunto de Porco Bísaro Reserva (cured Bísaro pork ham), naturally cured for 24 months, packaged in 70g trays ready to serve. Marbled meat, unmistakable aroma, and the authentic flavour of traditional Gimonde charcuterie, Bragança.

Perfect for starters, gourmet sandwiches, or cheese and charcuterie boards.

Tip: open the package 1 hour before serving and pair with a Trás-os-Montes red wine.

Ingredients

Pork leg from Bísaro breed (91%), salt

70 g (pack)

Curing time: 24 months (naturally cured)

Origin: Gimonde, Bragança, Trás-os-Montes

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.

Open the packaging 1 hour before serving. Pair with Trás-os-Montes red wine.
